- Manager of Res Interactive, LLC, creator of the concept of Tootsville as an MMO, and first Chief Engineer was Mark McCorkle.
- When he left Res, his successor was User:BRFennPocock.
- After User:BRFennPocock, no other Chief Engineer was hired, although Ed Winkelman, Qui-Gon Gene, and BlackDaddyNerd maintained the system for a time.
- User:BRFennPocock is taking this rôle again, for now. However, this is a Hobby for (me), now, not my job — so it's likely that more work will be spread out between the Builder Toots in this new incarnation.
