Builder Toots

Builder Toots can be identified by the yellow hard-hats they wear, which also appear by their names in the game.

Builders are actually the programmers and designers who put Tootsville V together.

All Builders are Operators, but not all Operators are Builders.

When you see a Builder Toot using his tools, it actually means the programmer is entering program code into the running game. The parentheses ((( ))) appear around them as a sort of joke. The programming language we use, Common Lisp, is often “made fun of” for using parentheses around every phrase.
