Tootlantis

In Res Interactive's Tootsville, the name of what is now called Sirenia.

The Sirenians were not there, however.

Players were often confused by the visual design, in which rising bubbles and fish passing by made it appear that the city was not only underwater, but flooded. Careful observation would reveal, however, that Tootlantis was under a giant force-field or glass dome of some kind.
