Sirenians

Inhabitants of Sirenia, Sirenians are magical manatees or dugongs, the undersea version of Toots (elephants).
As any biologist will tell you, elephants and manatees or dugongs — whose scientific name is, in fact, Sirenians — are close evolutionary cousins.
Like the Toots, Sirenians can use wish magic, have colorful skin with patterns, and so forth.
