A secret room under Toot Square where the Troops can monitor security cameras all over Tootanga.
History[edit]
Used to be accessed through a secret door in Toot Square beside Grand Toot Station (then called “Toot Travel”).
At one time, was limited to VIT players.
Played a critical rôle in the Evil mayor incident, in which we discovered that the Toot Square wishing well fountain water flows through a valve here.
