Terms of Service Read this carefully. You can Play

This game is here to be enjoyed. In order for everyone to enjoy it, however, we must present certain rules. Parental Supervision

You must sign in with a Google Account. It is a violation of both Google's, and our, Terms of Service to register a Google Account to someone under the age of 13.

However, a parent or guardian may sign in a child with their own character.

Parents are responsible for monitoring their child's online interactions. Consequences

If you do not abide by these rules, there may be consequences.

We may use technology to block your access to the game.
We may take legal action to redress any illegal actions you have taken, such as reporting crimes to law enforcement agencies, or taking action in civil court.

What is allowed

You can play this game if you abide by the rules of the game and these Terms of Service.

You can make certain fair use of our copyrighted materials and free (libre) and open source software. Non-bullying speech

We understand that you may say certain things "in fun" that could be taken out of context as hate speech. While we have very strong feelings about hate speech and bullying, we are not going to be "silly" about it. Common Community Standards

We follow Google's lead in what is considered to be appropriate material for our games as a whole. Contextual Standards

All players should be aware that the Diamond ◆ symbol appears next to children's character names.

Be aware that what may be appropriate to discuss among your friends may not be appropriate to discuss with everyone. Discussions of alcohol, religion, smoking, sex, and other topics may be offensive to some players.

Please take reasonable care to not discuss these topics around players who are children or who have said that they do not want to hear these things. What is NOT allowed No Advertising

Advertising for events, organizations, or anything else is usually not allowed. Don't Cheat.

If you intentionally modify the game software or data, interfere with communications with the servers, or otherwise take actions to bypass the game's rules and coding, you are committing a crime, not to mention spoiling the fun for everyone. Don't do it. Don't be Mean.

Bullying, hate speech, and generally anti-social actions taken in the game itself, or in related communications (messaging, forums, and so forth) are not allowed.

This includes any speech that is designed to hurt someone's feelings or cause them distress, including threats or intimidation. (We will use our own discretion in judging where this "crosses the line" into bullying from being "just joshing".)

Specifically, we will take particularly harsh actions against anyone who targets another person or group of people based upon their religion, sex, gender, race, ethnicity, nationality, romantic orientation, physical disability, or mental disability (among other things).

Here are some explanation of bullying.

This also explicity includes the use of "epithets" that insult a group of people, such as racial slurs.

It's hard to tell if you're kidding, so please use some common sense. For example, some groups use words among themself, which (when used by outsiders) are offensive. We can't tell online if you're using those words that way, so please just don't use them. (This includes the use of "N—r" among Black Americans, and "F—t" by some queer people. Just don't do it, OK?) Human Rights

Sometimes, you might want to speak about politics, in the world at large, or in your region. Most of the time, we have no problem with you expressing your views or even mentioning which candidate(s) you support.

However, there is a limit. We may not permit promoting political movements, parties, or politicians who are engaged in attempting to undermine Universal Human Rights from any person or group. This includes pro-racism, religious intolerance, or "homophobia." This includes any political party or movement that would be considered a Hate Group, a terrorist organization, or just mean. We have final say.

Sorry, but we have to say it. Ultimately, this is our game, and if someone finds a way to misbehave that we didn't think of, we have the right to "tell you to leave."
