Was designed as a location for Tootsville II but never put into the game.
Was again meant to appear, renamed as “Toot Farm” with a guitar-playing Moo in 2011 for Tootsville IV, but was again scrapped. (see: https://thetootsvilletimes.blogspot.com/2011/06/toot-farm-coming-june-17.html )
