In Hillside Demo, all Toots were Quads.
The Toots plushes from Res Interactive for the Basic 8 were all Quads, except a few (not mass-produced) Rad plushes.
In Tootsville III, Bipeds were added for VIT members only.
Pil always prefers to walk as a quadruped, which leads many players to overlook her vast power.
