May be accessible via the hot key Control + ! or Control + Shift + ! (eg, most keyboards have “!” on the “1” key, so that's Control + Shift + 1)
Produces a special pop-up window with critical information about the game, as seen from the perspective of the user who invokes it. This information is often useful to Builder Toots needing to diagnose a problem.
