Ice Palace
From Tootsville Wiki-Wiki
Part of the northern snowy areas, a castle made of ice…
History[edit]
Appeared as a special winter event in Tootsville IV
The ice slide was the first time Toots moved due to physics (sliding down) rather than because a player was “walking” them around.
