If you are not 13 years old yet, you can still play in Tootsville. Your parent or guardian must create your Toot.

Parents[edit]
Parents: When you sign in to Tootsville using your Google or Twitter account, you can create a new Toot for your child. Let them help you decide on the appearance of their new Toot and pick a name.
From your Toot List, click on the button for Child Settings. Enter a secret code for your child to use on their new Toot.
Your child can only play in Tootsville with your approval and supervision. When they try to sign in, you'll receive an alert (if you are online in Tootsville) or an email (if you are not) requesting your permission.
