One version of Res Interactive's Tootsville.
This version was a major rework of Tootsville II and introduced the first bipedal Toot characters. It was also the first free-to-play version, and the first where players could wear clothes.
The project to changed from Tootsville II to this version, was code-named Project Nightmare. The project to change to Tootsville IV was Project Quicksilver (Project Osiris and Project Persephone)
