The lead of the Lifeguards for Res Interactive's Tootsville was called the Head Lifeguard. They were responsible for training and supervising the other Lifeguards, and usually worked hand-in-hand with both Emily Taft, the director of Operations, and the Chief Engineer.
- Tootsville II's Head Lifeguard was Emily Carlin.
- Beginning with Tootsville III, the Head Lifeguard was Jake Yow.
- Right around the transition to Tootsville IV, Yow left and was replaced by Emily Dawson.
- Later, the Dawsons left and were replaced by Ricky Harnden.
