“tootstest” is the current software that is being developed for/with Tootsville V.
“tootstest” has a few rather unique features from a technology standpoint, but from a player's perspective, tootstest *is* the Tootsville software.
Major characteristics
* Common Lisp server, compiled with SBCL, built upon Caveman2 and Ningle. * Runs on basic, commodity Linux®/Apache/MariaDB/Perl systems. * JavaScript front-end runs in the players' web browser. * Uses Google Analytics to “out-source” analytic work * REST architecture for most actions * Server communications rely upon TLS (SSL) for basic obscuring, and PKI signatures for information integrity
