If you ran into an “Error 500” right now, unfortunately, it's not entirely unexpected.

However, sending an e-mail with a note can help.

№ 1 Most Important Thing is the exact error message you received!

Send e-mail to support@tootsville.adventuring.click with this information:

Subject: A very brief description of your problem in 3-6 words or so.
Describe your problem. Please explain what action you took, and what error occurred.
What web browser were you using? (see below)
What OS/device were you using? (see below)

Getting your Web Browser identifier[edit]

In your web browser, in the location box, type about: and look for the “Build Identifier” or “User Agent string.” eg:

Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Fedora; Linux x86_64; rv:47.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/47.0

- The browser you're using (eg: “Firefox”) and its version (eg: “47.0”)
- Your Operating System (eg: “Linux®” or “Microsoft™ Windows”) and its version (eg: “Fedora 24” or “Windows 10”)
- Your processor type, eg: “x86-64” or “amd64” — in particular, its “word size,” which is “32-bit” or “64-bit”
- The type of device: Desktop/Laptop PC, Tablet, Phone, Videogame console or TV set-top device, etc.

So, for example:

   Firefox 47 on Fedora 24 (Linux) on an x86-64 (64-bit) desktop PC

or

   Google Chrome 47 on Ubuntu version “Precise Pangolin” (Linux) on a 32-bit laptop

Please also include:

What did you do before the error?
What time (and time zone) did it occur? (So we can try to match it up to our server logs)
Were you Joined in to the game yet?
Did you get the screen with Shade laughing, or did a Mist Parrot or Gossip Mouse tell you?
