The Trello board for Operators is at https://trello.com/b/nHTGv3XC/operations — you probably want to bookmark it.

If you have some task that needs to be done, eg: if you get a concern from a player that can't be handled in a minute or so, just add a card to the appropriate “stack” with some information.

If you're working on a task, point at the card and a “pencil” icon appears at the top-right. Click the pencil, then Edit Members, and add yourself to the card. This way, you'll get updates if others make comments or so forth.

Once a task is finished, drag-and-drop the card to the “Recently Completed” stack. If you see things are lingering in that stack for a week or two, you can “Archive” them, but it helps to keep them visible for a while.

The leftmost column may require special skills or privileges — eg, logging in to servers — that are more “Builder” than “Operator” oriented.
