This plug-in has (as of 2016) almost completely been phased-out in favor of [[HTML5]].

One of the difficulties in recovering assets from [[Tootsville IV]] is that they were created in this proprietary, non-standard program. This is why [[Tootsville IV for Android]] was never completed: the vast majority of the game world's art could not be loaded on [[Android]] devices. (The same applies for [[iOS]], but no formal work went into such a program.)
